This plugin is a lifesaver. Setting it up was surprisingly easy, even for someone not very tech-savvy like me. I was up and running within an hour. Customers love the instant order confirmations and updates they receive via WhatsApp. It's significantly improved customer communication and reduced the number of inquiries we get about order status. Highly recommend it if you want a simple but effective way to integrate WhatsApp into your WooCommerce store. The support was also great when I had a minor question.

There were a couple of minor hiccups with configuring the webhook, but their support team responded quickly and helped me resolve it. Overall, the process was much smoother than I anticipated and has significantly improved my order management. I'm very happy with the result. A few minor documentation improvements would make it even better, but it's highly functional as is.
