Mostly seamless WhatsApp integration
Setting up the integration was surprisingly straightforward. I followed the instructions and within a few minutes, I had WhatsApp order notifications flowing into my system. There were a couple of minor hiccups with configuring the webhook, but their support team responded quickly and helped me resolve it. Overall, the process was much smoother than I anticipated and has significantly improved my order management. I'm very happy with the result. A few minor documentation improvements would make it even better, but it's highly functional as is.
