Good platform, needs some tweaks
This platform has a lot of potential. Setting up my shop was relatively straightforward, and the interface is intuitive enough for most users. I like the built-in marketing tools, though I wish they were a bit more sophisticated. Customer support has been responsive when I've needed them, which is a plus. However, there are a few bugs that need ironing out. I've experienced some glitches with the payment processing, and the search functionality could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it's a good starting point, but it could benefit from some updates and refinements. I'd recommend it with the caveat that you should be prepared to work around some minor issues.
