Good platform, needs some tweaks
Overall, it's a solid platform. I've been using it for a few months now and it's handled a decent amount of sales without any major issues. The interface is intuitive enough, and getting started was relatively straightforward. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The reporting tools could be more comprehensive, offering more granular data on sales and customer behavior. Also, the customer support could be more responsive; I had a couple of questions that took a while to get answered. Despite these minor drawbacks, I'd recommend it to others looking for a multi-vendor marketplace solution. It does the job well, and with a few updates, it could be even better.
